Returns & Exchanges

At Aispi, we strive to ensure you love your unique boutique finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aispi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop the parcel at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique partners verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
